E Jacob Woodcock appeared in the second season of Millennium in the episode The Pest House. He had previously killed a couple parked on the Copper Cove Bridge. Frank Black and Peter Watts went to meet and interview Woodcock at the East County Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. There he was described by Doctor Stoller as a highly disturbed individual with a wide variety of personality disorders. She also described him as paranoid, schizotypal.
