Profile

Peter Watts informed Frank that Jake Waterson, known to Frank as Jim Gilroy for the murders of three nurses in 1992, was suspected in the shooting of a Missouri State trooper. The sloppiness of the crime lead Frank to suspect a more impulsive killer. His beliefs were confirmed when Gilroy was found alive in the locked trunk of a submerged car, the work of Bobby Webber.
