Great job on the themes! I love the White Christmas theme.

Is install of these themes difficult with lots of tweaking and testing? Or is it a /drop this folder into the theme folder on the server and run?

Glad you like the themes! They can be very time consuming to make because unlike the early days, Skinners now have to style several add-on applications like the Blogs, Gallery etc as well as the board itself, and the board and components are much more feature laden than ever before leading to more trial and testing. Its why I don't make them myself any more beyond header images, you can spend a few weeks making a theme and then an update comes out and you have to make it compatible again. Some skin designers are calling it a day as there is now so much to style than ever before they're no longer worth the time. Thats a shame.

Installing them is fairly easy to do, you just upload a XML file containing the skin theme itself and then another containing the skin's images, then pair them up, configure access to them for the various member groups we have and choose if its a default skin or not.

Each skin comes supplied with customisable images for team icons, header image logo etc, so I tweak those in Photoshop and then upload them. Then make the skin visible.
