    How brilliant is The Walking Dead? Cinematic production values, amazing cast and storylines. Amazingly it got a 2nd series too wheras other such quality shows would have been cancelled!

    Going to London today on the train, not been since I was a child. 2hrs 35mins from North Wales. Impressive! Will have a brief look at the sites this afternoon, then work at a conference in Westminster tomorrow then home same night. Phew!

      Last time I went to London chief I couldn't wait to get home. As someone wise once said to me 'the best thing to come out of London is the road to the north'. The thing I just couldn't get my around was the lack of pleasantries from shop assistants and so on. Maybe it's a northern thing but we always make idle chat with people we don't know. Maybe we're crazy lol Have a great day and put your feet up afterwards.

    Saw a huge collection of Halloween items in a shop today and nearly had to be given first aid I was so excited. If you were in Sheffield and heard SQUEEEEEEEEing at considerable volume then I'm afraid it was yours truly.

      They have Halloween Tress in the US Richard. Christmas-type trees with horror-thingies hanging off them. Could you imagine? I'd need to be defibrillated.

    has run out of his patience with his Pipex broadband connection. It keeps disapeearing between browsing pages for 3-4 minutes at a time. Sky is bringing up to 20MB to Prestatyn soon, thank God.
