Hi Everyone, We are really pleased to present our interview with Darin Morgan where he talks about "Mulder and Scully Meets The Were-Monster". https://www.x-fileslexicon.com/exclusive/monster_maker.html Millennium is briefly talked about, we cover the new cast, Rhys Darby, Kumail Nanjiani, The Night Stalker script that became "Were-Monster", and "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein". This is very unique as Darin has rarely interviewed fan sites, and is known for being pretty shy. But he's a very nice guy, and it was a pleasure to speak to him. Enjoy. :)

Hello everyone, My apologies that it's been a long spell again of posting here. A lot has happened since Jan, and I mean a lot. This is already pretty old by internet standards, but in case anyone didn't see it. The X-Files Lexicon's exclusive interview with James Wong to talk about the S 10 revival episode, "Founder's Mutation", which probably remains my personal favorite of the new series episodes, but opinions have been all over the place about the episodes. https://www.x-fileslexicon.com/exclusive/wong.html We also did an exclusive interview with new X-Files Producer, Garfield Whitman. https://www.x-fileslexicon.com/exclusive/whitman.html And there was out red carpet coverage in L.A. with mini interviews with a little of everyone. https://www.x-fileslexicon.com/exclusive/XFR_premiere.html I hope people like this and the tone is positive. Best, Matt

Thank you Earthnut, I pretty much know of no one who didn't like James Garner. I liked a lot of his work, I liked his appearance in "Victor / Victoria", as much as he was playing the love interest and straight man, no pun intended. He was always solid in anything he worked on, and I've heard he was very approachable.

Hi Everyone, We are really pleased to present our new exclusive interview with actor Jerry Hardin, who played Deep Throat. https://www.x-fileslexicon.com/exclusive/hardin.html There was a time, due to his advance years, that I doubted we'd ever secure an interview, which is explained in the piece, but it was a thrill to hear that voice over the phone, and kind of surreal for me. I realize this won't cover much new ground for first generation fans, I had some limited time for the interview, and couldn't get to some of the topics I wanted to bring up, but it was still thrilling to speak to him. Enjoy!

Hi Everyone, A certain staffer from XFL interviewed Howard Gordon for Den of Geek, about The X-Files revival, 24, Homeland, and a new series that sounds pretty promising. https://www.denofgeek.us/tv/howard-gordon/248327/howard-gordon-talks-the-x-files-revival-homeland-24 Let's hope the previous definition of an exclusive interview was cleared up with XFL's previous interview with Theirry J. Couturier. But personally, I do remain your humble servant, and I appreciate all of the past support from here. Maybe even Mark Hayden is floating around somehow. Enjoy.

X-Files Lexicon did a brief interview with Mike Joffe, from the La-La Land label about The X-Files and Millennium CD titles, and what could happen with Mark Snow's new music for the revival. https://www.x-fileslexicon.com/exclusive/joffe.html Anyway, Mike has been a great friend to XFL, as well as TIWWA, so it was nice to touch base.

Hi Everyone, But we are pleased to finally present our exclusive interview with Thierry Couturier, who was the sound supervisor for The X-Files for roughly around the first five seasons during the Vancouver years. It also looks like he's been contacted to work post on the new revival series. Thierry also sent us a bunch of exclusive pics. For fans who remember this, Thierry's son Nathan as a boy was the voice of "I Made This!" in the 1013 Productions title logo. You'll get to see a new picture of Nathan all grown up. https://www.x-fileslexicon.com/exclusive/coutourier.html I am aware that this kind of interview won't be as exciting as interviews with writers, directors, actors, etc... but XFL has always been committed to featuring all aspects of people who worked on the series. Also, of note Thierry worked on the Millennium pilot, so he has some interesting comments. More material coming, rest assured.

The X-Files: the upcoming mini series
XFLexiconMatt replied to The New Number 2's topic in Sounds of Mark Snow
I've heard differing points on if this will be the title. Some have claimed that one of The X-Files CD's from La La Land Records, has a Mark Snow track with that title, but I couldn't find evidence of that. So, it could be the title, but who knows. The titles of the episodes didn't appear in the series, and I recal, you used to have to go to the Fox page to find out the episode titles or use the episode guide books. It's hard to say if "Home Again" will be the title at this early stage, but it would make sense from Glen's standpoint. Will it be a new story that has a similar theme to the original "Home", will the Peacock family be referenced? it will be interesting to learn more!- 16 replies

Part of this might interest some Millennium fans, but some fellow from The X-Files Lexicon did this interview on Den of Geek : https://www.denofgeek.us/books-comics/the-x-files/245810/the-x-files-joe-harris-talks-x-files-season-10-and-the-revival

Funny, because, I too watched it last night after many years. I wrote to Orodromeus from the Eat The Corn site about this film. Not great, but weird and interesting nonetheless.

I thought I'd share this, but the great folks at Den of Geek and Chris Longo, just wrote up a nice little piece about our Vince Gilligan interview: https://www.denofgeek.us/tv/the-x-files/243988/vince-gilligan-would-love-to-be-involved-with-x-files-revival Thank you to the great folks here who have always been supportive at TIWWA. I won't forget it.

Well, in fairness, I was given a limited amount of time, and believe me, I had some more interesting questions, but had to prioritize for the sake of public relations, but rest assured, we will aim to secure another part 2, and part 3 in the future. Certain sites, which I won't name, have gotten tone deaf over knowing when to go too far. I think I can defend that we have always taken an approach that hasn't alienated talent, and that leads to better results in the long run. I think having some awareness of these points would be appreciated, frankly.

Hi Everyone, TIWWA member Benjamin wrote up his review of Millennium issue 1 for The X-Files Lexicon Blog: https://thex-fileslexicon.blogspot.com/2015/02/benjamins-millennial-compendium-comics-1.html He did a nice job, I hope people like it.

Thank you Simon, I appreciate the mention. I am happy to circulate developments when I know of them. This forum doesn't get the attention it should, and it doesn't excape my notice that certain XF sites, or people elsewhere who consider themselves Millennium fans, don't keep updates here. So, glad to help!

Hi everyone, I posted this elsewhere for interest, I found a great person to write up reviews for the IDW X-Files comics. https://thex-fileslexicon.blogspot.com/2014/11/chriss-comic-corner-1.html But knowing that IDW will be running issues of Millennium at the start of 2015, is there anyone here who would be interested in writing reviews of the Millennium comic for The X-Files Lexicon blog? Drop me a line if interested: matt@x-fileslexicon.com

The X-Files Lexicon Blog is shifting gears a little, we have brought in a new person to write reviews for all of the IDW X-Files Season 10 comics. I hope you will welcome Christopher Irish, as I like his informal writing style, and his exthusiasism for the comics is boundless. Issue 1, 2, and 3 review. :)

Sorry, I have to speak out. The root of all of this is Saudi Arabia. They are not our friends, they are not our allies, The Saudi King, and the Suadi princes play us in America and UK for fools. They are laughing at us. Of the 19 highjackers on 9/11, 14 were from Saudi Arabia. This whole Muslim vs. Christain is a great game that the Saudi king likes to play with. There's evidence that ISIL was finanaced by the Saudi Arabia elite. ISIL is now seen by Al-Qaeda as even too radical, which is saying something. ISIL WANTS the US to get back into Iraq, the goal has always been, and the same with Al-Qaeda, to destroy America from within by depleating our financial resources, kill our people, play into the desires of right wingers who insist that we must finance these wars at the expense of our domestic infrastructure, then insist we have no budget for anything else while they call for Austerity policies. We fight these wars for Saudi Arabia at our expense. The Saudi elite deflects their people's anger on their struggles by financing terrorist in every neighboring country. The Saudi king has fingers in everything, even the Israeli Palestinian conflict is financed with Saudi money. We need to give up this ghost once and for all. Stop buying Saudi oil, America needs to stop sending Military support to Saudi Arabia, let the Saudi King and his princes fall by the hands of their own people. When will we wake up to this?
