While I didn't laugh at it, something I felt was silly was Steven Kiley singing in "Goodbye Charlie". That was a bit much. -
Can we consider these episodes Legion episodes?

I personally wouldn't consider them Legion episodes. -

Why is that funny? Too on the nose? Side note: Maybe I don't think the "Pilot" moment I mentioned belongs here, though admittedly it is a bit silly when you think about it. -

Got it. I didn't really recognize any "ripped from the headlines" qualities in "Covenant" while watching it (though I did learn it was inspired by Susan Smith by reading about it on Wikipedia), and I'm guessing, from what I know about "19:19" (I haven't seen the second and third seasons yet), it's based on the 1976 Chowchilla kidnapping. As for the end, well, you got me. I'm guessing the media didn't know, or maybe they covered it up so they wouldn't look bad. I don't know, though. I haven't seen it in a while. Also, I myself did like the episode. -

"Pilot": Frank simply saying the killer sees the world differently. "Covenant": The fact that one of the victims is named Mary Garry. -

What's wrong with ripped from the headlines stories? Also, I thought the end was showing that Dees got the fame he so desperately desired, and the news media wasn't aware that they were giving him what he wanted.
