I remember reading or hearing on the news a little while ago that a hospital sent a body part (an organ I think) by post and it got lost in the post. It was a good few months ago, I may have read it in The Times. I think the person who sent the organ got a good ticking off for not using the hospital's internal post. i wish I could remember it properly.
