Just read this on one of our Belgian news sites. What is the world coming to? Every day I feel that the end is coming near. I mean, I get so depressed when I read such articles. It is sunday morning here and I just had breakfast with my wife and my daughter, the sun is shining, everything was perfect. Viv (my wife) was doing the dishes and I went to check the online news and then I read such a thing. Like the ending of se7en: Hemingway once wrote: "the world is a beautifull place, worth fighting for. I agree with the second part." Such a shame...

Yes, I put events such as this in the category of end times signs. Can't quote or cite the reference right now but the Bible refers to one sign being troubles in various places and other parts reference the increase in the influence of evil on man's behavior as the time nears.
