I could see this happening if the popular trend towards healthy life-styles continues.

It just goes to show that builders in the past knew what they were doing. I'm always surprised by conspiracy theories about how Stonehenge got built, and especially the Nazca drawings. Just because we don't construct these sorts of things nowadays, doesn't mean that people thousands of years ago couldn't.

There are amazing things out there that have stood the test of time. However, much of what we see around us today would disappear very quickly if all of humanity disappeared overnight:
