Sorry Joe, didn't get a chance to get it. I do remember it somewhat and yes I loved the dark setting, was it the Louisiana bayou?

My cousins and I used to go to card readers when I was a teenager. Just simple housewives who had a gift, not gypsies or anything like that. Some had amazing accuracy.

Strange thing, I went to Mamoth Video and they didn't have it. Then, I figured I would go with the sure bet and go to Blockbuster, and strangely, they didn't have it either. I looked in Drama, Action, and even looked in horror, out of desperation, and still didn't find it. Sorry, I am 0 for the last 2, but I promise to be on board for Ninth Gate when it comes up. I will probably be able to watch some others as well, but I have to find where I saved the list. As for the movie, it was good for a watch, but it seemed a little too Hollywood, and at times predictable. Keanu was a very ominous villain though, and the acting was generally pretty good.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to watch it, but I've seen it a few times before. I like the movie for its theme and some brilliant visuals, but every time I watch it I get a feeling that there's something missing. Just can't put my finger on it.

Cate is always great, and Keanu did a good job, too.
