I would've wanted Morgan & Wong back, but since there was no chance of that, my vote is for someone new. I did not like the changes made during the third season, and would not want Johannessen / Carter back as executive producers.

I think for a final 4th series it would have been good to return to the good ole CC as Exec Prod. But, definitely have Chip Johannesson involved as a producer.

At least, if CC had been back for a fourth and final season, it could have gotton back the origional magic that made it work.

I agree. I've voted for Chris Carter also. Millennium was born of his vision and im my opinion should have been involved right from the beginning through to the end. I think we would have seen it last until the new Millennium began had he been the guiding hand behind it.
