Guest MillenniumIsBliss
(No particular order) The Long Kiss Goodnight Conspiracy Theory Stir of Echoes Return to Me Twister The 3 Lord of the Rings movies For Love of the Game The Replacements The Princess Bride Bean Godfather 1 & 2 Miss Congeniality Ninth Gate Legend of Sleepy Hollow (Depp) The Dish Moonstruck The Body (Banderas) Hannibal Stigmata Exorcist Fallen Rudy Unbreakable Frequency Father of the Bride 1 & 2 Ok - I better stop. This is another list with a few of my favorites that I left off my list and deserve an honorable remention: Ninth Gate (a lot of people didn't seem to like it, but it worked for me, I think some people just didn't have the attention span for it with all these movies that push sex, violence and special effects with a rapid fire delivery. Hannibal (much better than I expected. I mentioned it recently) Stir of Echoes (underrated and top notch) Exorcist (scarry as all get out, but great none the less) Oh, and one that just popped into my head, how about Terms of Endearment for the "tear Jerker" category, and how about "The Right Stuff" and "A Bridge Too Far" for "all star cast" movies? I know it isn't for everyone, but I found the whole thing very fascinating and the movie held my attention from start to finish. I don't always like Depp in everything, but I really liked his character in this movie. I just saw it again on TV not too long ago and enjoyed it. I think it was a PG 13 movie at the theaters, so it really wasn't chopped up too bad, but there's nothing like watching it uncut and without commercials on DVD. The movie seemed kind of old school, but in a good way. I haven't seen much of his stuff, but it seemed to have a kind of Hitchcockesque quality about it.
