It appears that Brad Dourif will be playing the insidious Wormtongue in The Two Towers. If you ask me, noone would be better for the part. I'm hoping to see the first Lord of the Rings film this weekend and the sequel soon but I wanted to say how much I liked Brad Dourif's performance as a serial killer in Star trek: Voyager. He ran for a few episodes with this story arc and he gave an inspired performance... He was one scary killer! No one could have played his role in Millennium better... Gra. Without wishing to give anything away to those unfamiliar with The Lord of the Rings, the instant I heard he had been cast it occurred to me he is quite the personification of this crucial character and having glanced back over Tolkien's original text I can already imagine him delivering some of the lines afforded him! His pedigree is of course already confirmed from his superlative appearances in Ten Thirteen productions and seems destined to be further underlined in The Two Towers this Christmas.
