Beerbelch
BEER---> This is a great DVD to own. Got it for Christmas. Kevin Spacey is not mentioned on any of the credits. I thought this was a great way to keep it suspensful when the movie first came out. And it stays true with no mention on the DVD. BELCH

Guest se7en
se7en, I thought you own this one by now since your username is se7en. Be Seeing you, David Blackwell WELL,MY ORIGINAL "HANDLE" ,if you will, was "se7enand1" for many years, which was sort of an amalgam/homage of the movie "se7en" and the MM episode "seven and one". i shortened it to just se7en when my wife joined the board as "&one". the reason i did not buy the original DVD is because the special edition laserdisc box set simply BLEW AWAY the original DVD release in everyway, including both picture and sound quality-(the laserdisc release was DTS-encoded as well.). ...so i decided to wait until a special edition came out. i heard one was in the works, over a year ago,and then heard nothing else. i did not even know it was out. i'll have to rent it via the superb NETFLIX first to see if it beats the laserdisc box set which, back in 96,set me back $129.99! but it's a work of art and is numbered and included a copy of the script,a strip of film, audio commentary and countles docus. if this special edition at least equells the laserdisc release then i'll definately buy it,especially if it's in anamorphic widescreen, which i'm sure it is. in fact i'll check out the specs of this thing now at NETFLIX and put it in my queue. ~se7en
voidprime
Is NetFlix one of those services that require that you have a credit card? Be Seeing You, David Blackwell
Guest se7en
Is NetFlix one of those services that require that you have a credit card? Be Seeing You, David Blackwell ......I DON'T KNOW ABOUT HOW IT IS NOW,BUT BACK WHEN I FIRST JOINED IN '00' IF YOU DID NOT HAVE A C.C. YOU COULD MAIL IN A $40 SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THEN THEY WOULD BILL YOU. ...i just joined up a few months back with my paypal virtual mastercard. i was on the "STANDARD-PLAN",$19.95-(ANY 3-MOVIES OUT AT ONE TIME,NO LINIT TO HOW MANY YOU CAN RENT PER MONTH,NO LATE FEES;KEEP ANY/ALL TITLES UP TO ONE YEAR IF YOU WISH) ...WITH NO TROUBLE AND/OR RUSHING ON MY PART I EASILY RENTED CLOSE TO 20-MOVIES IN 1-MONTH,I'LL LET YOU DO THE MATH ON THAT ONE. ....but there are a couple of box sets i want to watch that are 4/5 discs long so,for the time being i have upgraded to the "ANY 5 OUT AT A TIME-PLAN" WHICH IS SAME TERMS AND IS $29.95 PER MONTH. THEN THEY HAVE THE "8 OUT AT A TIME-PLAN" FOR $39.95-(EVEN THAT'S TOO MUCH FOR ME!) ....AND FOR THE BUDGET MINDED THERE IS ALSO "THE NETFLIX BUDGET PLAN",@ $13.95-PER MONTH,AGAIN SAME TERMS,THAT ALLOWS ANY 2-MOVIES OUT AT A TIME,WITH NO LIMIT ON HOW MANY MOVIES YOU CAN RENT PER MONTH. ...KEEPING IN MIND THAT WHEN MOVIES SHIP FROM NETLFIX THEY "ALWAYS" ARRIVE WITHIN 1-2-BUSINESS DAYS AND IS FREE "BOTH" WAYS=A VERY GOOD VALUE TO THIS PERSON WHO LIVES IN A VERY RURAL PLACE WHERE THE LOCAL VIDEO STORES ARE "LACKING",AT BEST AND CHARGE $3 FOR ALL NEW RELEASES.....FOR 1-DAMN DAY! IN SHORT IT'S A GODSEND. RIGHT NOW I HAVE ABOUT 25-28-MOVIES/BOX SETS IN MY QUEUE. -(SORRY FOR THE DAMN CAPS,MY WIFE WAS USING IT BEFORE ME! ) ...if i sound overly hyped about NETFLIX it's because i am. it's one of the most convienant damn things that is out there today. -(sure once in a great while you get a disc that will not play. what to do? check the "damaged discs box" and the "send replacement box" ,and a replacement will be on it's way to you no matter how many movies you may have out. can't get too much better than that in my view, plus the over 15,000 library of titles.) ...so i guess that was a reeeeeeal long way of saying "I'M NOT SURE,DAVID." I'M SURE IT WOULD BE IN THE faq AT www.netflix.com ~se7en
Guest A Stranger
I have this, have had it for a long time actually and I don't own too many DVDs, but yeah, it's great. It have four seperate very extensive commentaries. There is one by the guy who did the sound and score for Christ's sake! And there are barely any gaps, I know some I've seen are really skimpy like TXF movie.
