Elders (Admins) Libby Posted November 18, 2013 Elders (Admins) Share Posted November 18, 2013 Well, I got the date from "Goodbye to All That": I don't think I made the connection between the age of "David Marx" in "Walkabout" until you posted yesterday. That also puts Frank as being born in 1947. As I can't see anything in the Pilot episode that references Frank's age (see Orodromeus's post above), it seems that there are two episodes that use 1947 and only one that uses 1941. On the basis that the drugs trial people would have got the age right, and the Group would have very accurate details, I vote for the 1947 date as correct, and the 1941 date as an error. Nothing whatsoever to do with personal preference, no siree. Libby"Humans need fantasy to be human. To be the place where the falling angel meets the rising ape." Elders (Admins) Libby Posted November 19, 2013 Elders (Admins) Share Posted November 19, 2013 Lance was born on 5th May 1940, which is even more confusing. I know some writers like to incorporate some aspects of an actor's real life, but 1940 doesn't fit either. Libby"Humans need fantasy to be human. seesthru
It has to be 1941. Frank was alive when Dday happened. in 1944. His dad told him the story, and of why his mom took to that room and started drawing angels after she had a vision of her brother being killed on D Day. Frank was alive then.
