The date is set!

On May 10th, the long awaited limited edition 4 Disc Box Set of Mark Snow's amazing music from The X-Files will drop!

Mark Snow confirmed to XFN just moments ago that the Box Set is releasing on May 10th and that he is really excited about it!

The set was last scheduled for release by LaLa Land Records in the fall of 2010 but Mark was asked to score the new CBS series, BlueBloods and even found time to score a film for XFN's Editor-in-Chief, Avi Quijada.

Philes also might remember that last year, LaLa Land Records put out a list of the episodes that might have their scores included in this limited edition set and you can find that list after the jump!
