Since I saw that the X-Files second film is officially confirmed, I wonder if maybe, JUST maybe, Frank Black could make an appearance.....

Hey, that's not a bad idea. Fox could use it to make ammends for the X-Files 'Millennium' episode and we could get a great Millennium movie at last!

..........i don't want the x-files anywhere NEAR MM EVER again!! EVER!

...i'm soooo tired of XF and MM always being lumped in together by the press and most XF fans. they are completely different shows with thier own universes and, IMHO, that's how it should remain. they don't belong together. PERIOD!

I am happy to say that in the MM guide you will see, or 'read', virtually ZERO mention of XF, except in the Forward.

No matter how well this book does or not i am going to ensure that MM finally stands on it's own merits without XF throwing up all over it.

...it's just like the new box set: is it REALLY necessary to put, on every damn disc, "From Chirs Carter, The Creator of The X Files?" -welllll noooo sh*t dick tracy, i think i got the message from the 3-times it's mentioned on the box and the 6-times it's mentioned in the box set, one each on the sleeve inserts! BLAAAAAAAH! :gaba::;):

....sorry, i feel better now,

Now...Now...let's not vent too much!

Fox marketing tried "From Chris Carter, Creator of Harsh Realm"

That really sucked. So what else could they use?

I am a PHILE...have been...still am.

I'm looking forward to Xfile 2 AND a Millennium movie.

If the two should merge...so be it.

As far as the universe of Millennium vs. X-Files is concerned,

they exist in the same universe. The cross over has been

made and CC and 1013 would never piss off the fans and

pretend it didn't happen.

If it makes you feel better, think of the X-Files universe

as the Bizzarro universe of Superman. There's a regular

Superman and then there's.....Bizzarro Superman!

Hi, new user here, long time devotee of Millennium since the pilot.

is it REALLY necessary to put, on every damn disc, "From Chirs Carter, The Creator of The X Files?"

This inspired me to create an account here and comment. I have the exact same feelings about that as you do. It should not say anywhere on the box or discs at all, anything referencing the XFiles. Annoying.

Eaaasy, big guy! :gaba:

Just chalk it up to a marketing ploy..... The X Files is more widely recognized.... Sad, but true. So, they felt it would boost sails to give that credit. We all know they're morons.... Just try not to blame poor Mulder and Scully for FOX's wrongdoings.... They've caught enough slack for that whole Fluke-Worm-Man-thing! :alien::rofl::arguing:

.....i do not,and never will, count that steaming pile of sh*t known as "the crossover episode" as anything other than a strictly, and sucky, XF episode that just happened to guest star a very embarassed looking-"god, three seasons of honorable work and i end up in this sh*t?" -Lance Henriksen as Frank Black. in fact if fox DARES to tack on that embarassment on the treasured S3 box, mixed in with the extras, then i will reburn the disc, sans the excrement, and literally toss the disc into one of the huge bonfires we often have up here. ...it'll be theraputic for me! :smokin:

IMHO:the far superior MM does not belong anywhere near the entertaining, but souless-(compared to MM), XF.

~the universal joke that was. lol

...............AMEN! ....oh, and WELCOME TO TIWWA! I'm one of the raving administrators here. :grin2:

....as most know here, there are just some things that i cannot abide by regarding MM: the last 1/3 of S2, "Human Essence"-and the so called "Crossover Episode" and finally, though i understand it, MM always refered to as the b******* child of XF when in reality there was more heart and soul, more raw- for me-spiritutality in any one season of MM, yes even S2-lol!, than in all 9 seasons of XF combined; MM was magic in a bottle, especially S1/S3 and the first half or so of S2, XF was good fun. big difference for me.

I only say these things when the media endlessly/mindlessly lumps in the 2; i think XF should stand on it's own as well, and does for the most part. they put out 7-classic seasons of good fun and some chills.-(S5/S9-sucked big time for me and my wife though!)

OK...OK...how about this:

"From Chris Carter, Creator Of The Lone Gunmen"

See...there's a solution to every problem!
