I originally though "Weeds" was filmed in the same location as "Arcadia," but by that time, the X-Files were no longer filming in Vancouver. The decayed point of view of the killer was creepy as well. It certainly has a different flavor (blood excluded!) of the serial killer of the week format. Unlike some episodes where Frank doesn't catch up with the killer until the end, this one has the killer hiding in plain sight, as the saying goes! It's also kind of cool that we don't know who it is until well into the episode.
