I am sure everyone will join with me in wishing you all the very best with this venture. The premise is one which I find particularly enticing and it is for that reason it would be wonderful to see Lance in a project that displays such promise.

Nothing at all to report Darlene but hopefully the gentleman above will be paying us a visit every now and again to keep us updated with all the latest news on the project.
