I think if you look through iTunes you can find the online MillenniuM Music CD. I heard someone bought it and I went to look at the tracks a few days ago. I think all 3 versions of the theme song is available. You might want to check it out. I did a search for Mark Snow and I was able to see the album.

The online CD contains a full length version of the Opening.

But not the differents versions. ;)

I was actually looking for a video file. I remember next to nothing about the images displayed in the S3 opening. Last time I saw and episode of S3 was in 99.

But what you can do, if you patient, is to download one episode of the show to see the opening.
