I'm Suprised X-file Episode Is Going To Be

I'm suprised the X-file episode "Millennium" is going to be on the S3 Millennium set. This is something that studios usually don't include. It seems like they would keep it on the X-Files set as a marketing ploy to get people to buy X-Files season 7.

But then again I guess maybe they realize that most Millennium fans won't buy the X-files set to get it.

Or it could be a marketing ploy to tie the shows together so people would buy both. The sets are marketed with the Chris Carter collection idea. They went the other way around when they included the season 3 finales on the X-Files Millennium VHS release.

Hopefully Chris Carter will have a George Lucas moment and give us a "Millennium" Special Edition. If ever an episode was in need of a makeover, that was it.

For support of this position, just type in "Zombies--WTF?!" in the TIWWA search engine to pull up previous discussions about this generally unsatisfactory crossover.

I sure hope the inclusion of "Millennium" doesn't necessitate an extra DVD--the hell if I'm paying extra (or twice, for those of us who have The X-Files seasons on DVD) for THAT episode!
