Amusing interesting fun stuff

As I need some distraction from current news (and maybe everyone else does also) plus I'm working up an article on a disturbing real life stalker, I thought I'd post some fun links as an antidote:

This one is "The Mum Song" - recognisable to most mums and most people who were once youngsters:

And here's the "Best cat video ever". I've been owned by cats in the past, and I well know that cats can be both the most stupid and the most intellectually superior life form in the universe, all within the same 15 seconds:

"The most amazing beer pong shots". Guys and beer, what can you say? Except that none of the guys I ever knew let me join in with this kind of fun:

I meant to update with other fun stuff, and I still haven't written that stalker article.

Anyway: stereotypes can have their uses, as a means of describing globally some characteristics that could be applied to a large class of <whatever>. The downside is when they get applied to individuals, because that's where it can go horribly wrong and end up with -isms and prejudice. However, one of the best ways of challenging stereotypes and -isms is to use humour, and sometimes advertisements can do just that:

If you've watched those, you shouldn't be very surprised by this:

I've just remembered that I started this topic (prompted by finding a good video for Father's Day :oneeyedwinK).

Anyway, for everyone who suffers through the daily commute, here are "the five worst intersections in the world". Scary viewing, but somehow everyone seems to get through without damage to life, limb, egos, or stress levels (though I'm not so sure about hearing).
