im new to the boards my names chris ive been a millennium fan for ages. im currently writing some fan fic about the character james horn who appeared in dead letters and hoping to give him his own story set after that episode i feel he can be really fleshed out and given his own gift or curse. when im done ill post it on the fan fic section anyways hello to all hope to hear from ya and send me your views on this character i dont why but i feel drawn to this character.

...i think it's safe to say that we all do, Chris. As my brother likes to put it, regarding Frank Balck, "The single most complex, tragic, flawed, honourable fictional character ever created for a television drama." I have to say that i pretty much agree with that!
