Glen Morshower was part of the show C-16.  C-16 gets cancelled.  Glen guest stars in the last two episodes of season 2 as Richard Gilbert.   writers Majorie David, Michael Duggan (also as executive poducer of Millennium for the first few eps of season 3), and Patrick Harbinson (involved with Millennium before C-16 and then back to it after the cancellation of C-16) went on to write episodes fo Millennium season 3 after the cancellatiopn of C-16.    Zeljko Ivanek guest starred in an episode of C-16 after he guest starred in an episode of Millennium.   weird.  Isn't it?!   have a better one.
