Yeah, it was a comical scene, and what's amazing is I remember the scene and the conversation at Morgan's place with her eating something and mentioning the welcome mat.  Funny how some small things stand out.  Now we know it was a Peanut Butter Protein Bar...    I want one.

I really loved the Aikido stuff, cause i used to train Aikido as well for like 2 years. A great "sport". Its more a form of art. I also have the three signs spelling Ai Ki Do tattooed on my left upper arm. 

Different question: Do you really say"she made a casserole"? Because a casserole isnt something to eat, is it? Its just something like a flat pot, right?

You are too funny William.  First, a casserole is a baked dish, with a very large list of ingredients you can make it with, some with meat, some without.  For example, in a way Lasagna is a casserole.

I would love to learn Aikido, but I don't think my body disabled would be able to keep up with my mind and desire to learn.  According to Wikipedia ~

Aikido is often translated as "the way of unifying (with) life energy" or as "the way of harmonious spirit."

With the news that Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast as “The Walking Dead” villain Negan, fans of the series not familiar with the comics are scrambling for more information about the upcoming big bad guy.

But fear not, “Walking Dead”-heads! TheWrap has you covered. We break down all the essential information you need to know about the character before he makes his first appearance at the end of season six.

. He’s the leader of The Saviors

Negan is the leader of a brutal group known as The Saviors. He rules with an iron fist and directs his group to extort food and supplies from other groups. He and The Saviors claim they offer protection from walkers, but all they really do is take by force.

2. He’s a used-car salesman

“The Walking Dead” creator Robert Kirkman revealed that Negan was a used car salesman prior to the zombie apocalypse. A suitable profession for a man known for manipulating people.

3. He has a foul mouth

One of Negan’s most notable characteristics is his love for bad language. The character always finds creative ways to drop F-bombs into his speech. He is also known to have a twisted sense of humor. How that will translate to the television screen is anybody’s guess.

4. He has a penchant for violence

Negan is not only intelligent but incredibly violent. When people do not bow to his wishes, he sends them messages that include maiming and killing any who would oppose him. His weapon of choice is a baseball wrapped with barbed wire that he calls Lucille. The bat plays a key role in the comics since…

5. Negan Kills Glenn

In the comics, Negan captures several members of Rick’s group. As retaliation for killing several Saviors, Negan decides to kill a member of the group at random. He eventually settles on Glenn and beats him to death with Lucille.

This comics backstory has given fans of the show hope in a strange way, since they believe Glenn may have survived his recent run-in with walkers after being trapped on top of the Dumpster — just so he can later meet Negan.

It's confirmed ~ Just recently read that Negan will appear in the finale of season 6, so not only do we have to wait until Feb. 14 for the next episode of the final 8, but now we have to wait for the finale to see him.  Then, who knows how long it will be until season 7.

There's been a lot of bad reviews for the mid-season finale of 6.  People are saying it was stupid and boring.  I think it could have been better then it was considering it was a mid-season finale.
