Guest WaveCrest Posted December 3, 2004 Posted December 3, 2004 (edited) Yeah "Millennium Squad" I was thinking earlier today that it might not be a good idea, but reading "Millennium Squad" has changed it round. Frank Black and.... 1.) Columbo 2.) Quincy 3.) Lennie Briscoe (one of the best TV characters ever. Re: Law and Order) 4.) Homer Simpson. Edited December 3, 2004 by WaveCrest
Guest 19:19 Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 "frank black and The Punisher " i likes the idea
Elders (Admins) The Old Man Posted December 4, 2004 Elders (Admins) Posted December 4, 2004 Frank Black and Frank Drebin. LOL!
Guest WaveCrest Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 This is a surprise. The second person who has liked this unlikely pairing. Their humour is very different to one another - Frank's comedy episodes from Season 2 and 3 combined with the slapstick humour of Police Squad! and the Naked Gun movies. They could do some Naked Gun style jokes in the end credits of a MM/Naked Gun movie for MM.
Guest alpha Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 How about Frank teaming up with Chief Wiggum, of course the Ouroboris logo would have to be replaced with a doughnut. "That's some nice visions Frank"
Guest WaveCrest Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 That's a scene I've always imagined would be in a MM/Simpsons crossover if one was done - Frank is at a crime scene with Chief Wiggum, Lou and the other cop who's with them. LOL at your Chief Wiggum quote. I can imagine him saying that! I can picture Frank doing one of his trademark faces - his eyes moving to their side with his facical expression being serious.
Beerbelch Posted December 5, 2004 Posted December 5, 2004 BEER---> How about Frank Black and Sherlock Holmes? What a team. BELCH
Guest alpha Posted December 5, 2004 Posted December 5, 2004 Yeah, John Glover was great on Brimstone, it's a shame it was canceled that could've been a really good show.
