Bad Blood Between Morgan And Wong And Carter?

Reading a description of the season two DVD and a transcription of the season two documentary, its pretty clear that Morgan and Wong do not contribute any interviews. From what I have been able to gather they did not leave the show on the best of terms with Chris Carter and some of the other writing staff. Chip Johanssen has been quoted as saying that he thought some of the second season was "juvenile". Can anyone fill me in, or point me to some old posts that already covered this ground? I am really looking forward to the second season DVD as I missed a good part of that season. I did see the Curse of Frank Black, Somehow Satan Got Behind Me, and Mikado, which weren't bad episodes to see.

As far as I know they were only contracted for season 2, so they would have left regardless. As for Carter being unhappy with S2 he put M&W in charge so the responsibilty is his. Although Carters right hand man Frank Spotnitz is a fan of S2. So opinions seem to be divided.
