The version for sale in the UK does not contain a Spanish soundtrack. I did some searches for you and found that Millennium is not available yet in Spain with a Spanish soundtrack. The Region 1 DVD features a Spanish (a different variation?) soundtrack and subtitles if you can play it. Check the DVD Links https://millennium-thisiswhoweare.net/tiwwa/index.php?c=15 for more info. If you have a multi-region DVD player, visit Play.com International which has the Region 1 DVD with Spanish Soundtrack and subtitles for 54 Euro's.
