When was Frank accused of killing Baldwin? As far as I know Frank took Jordan because he was running away from the Group who wanted to hurt him. I didn't know he was accused.. He accused the group of having something to do wit Baldwin's death, and the explosion  He claimed they did it to get Baldwin out of the way so they could install Emma.
