Elders (Admins) The Old Man Posted January 28, 2005 Elders (Admins) Share Posted January 28, 2005 I'm very pleased and honoured to announce that Libby has been promoted to Elder Group level. Libby, whose Posts are always a pleasure to read, has kindly agreed to become a Board Moderator and joins the existing Staff Team behind This Is Who We Are - MillenniuM Message Board. Libby has been a regular and dedicated contributor to both TIWWA and the whole MillenniuM Community for some time, her skills and talents paying dividend in the support and promotion of the Millennium TV Series wherever possible. I'm glad to see that The Old Man and whoever else contributes to such decisions have finally recognized the value of more "mature" members of the Board. :grin: (I'm teasing now, don't anyone take offense. But, of course, as you and I both know (having been around the block a few times ) age and maturity aren't always directly correlated. Which is just as well, really, otherwise us "oldies" would have to be sensible all the time - and that's no fun! PerennialII: Thanks! I've got a few more contributions in the pipeline, i.e. transcripts. And there are a couple of other areas I intend to get more involved in. I've had the greatest respect for you for quite a while! And, hey.....Who wants to be too "mature"? I plan to be just as insane as I am now when I'm 90! Exactly! My favourite poem is "I shall wear purple". I plan on being an elderly delinquent. (Cerimony by the river is scheduled for Sunday at 10....right? ) I'll be there. But if it's a long ceremony, it'll go on beyond my usual bedtime. So if I look as though I'm falling asleep, you'll give me a nudge, won't you?
