LOL! Thorny indeed! I went to that site and entered MillenniuM and it displayed it nicely. Comparing it to the front of the Season 1 box set that happens to be here on my desk, it is different in terms of the u and the top right corner of the M. Its a stunning font though, perfect for the show. I wonder if Ramsey picked it?

Chief,

Wasn't it Justin Carroll who did the logo and Ramsey the titles. I have tried to contact him in the past with no luck. If I ever reach him I will ask about the font. Actually, I wonder if Ramsey would know, couldn't hurt to ask her I guess.

Hi Charger,

Sorry for the delay in responding, I missed this this topic update.

You know, I never noticed that the u is different. I used Trajan for the logo at the top left of the page and added some erosion to it manually. I think they call this the 'distressed' look in Photoshop terms, there's probably a plug in or filter for it now.

Comparing it to the u in this image, the one I used in the top graphic its pretty similar. Perhaps there are different variations of the font available.

Yeah, it must be that there are different versions, since on my version the u is different...but mine is a free version I downloaded from somewhere...But I do guess that some ammount of hand crafting needs to be done, before it will look like it, even without the decayed look...Man I wish I'd know how to use photoshop! :doh:

Not sure if you have Photoshop or not, but have you seen my blog entry on the photo/imaging software Pixlr?

No I don't even have photoshop, so I will check that Pixlr out, seems interesting...Hopefully even a dummy like me can learn how to use it....
