Guest Second Coming
At the beginning of this movie it really seems millenniumistic. At the beginning it reminds me of the first season of MM. It stars Stallone and Robert Patrick. A serial killer is targeting cops. It's just done with a dark, bleak undertone that reminds me of MM. The way that the serial killer kills his victims reminds me of an unforgettable scene in s1. The movie turns out to be not as great as it started out, but worth checking out. voidprime
It's not only available at Blockbuster. It is available at video stores everywhere. I want to see this one and I would be pissed if it was only available at Blockbuster (I can rent it at my local video store). have a better one. Guest
Thanks for the movie suggestion. Perhaps shall take a peek. In the context of being a MillenniuMistic film... interesting that it stars Robert Patrick. A little 1013 connection. Upbeat-ations, scott

Be Seeing You, David Blackwell Well I work at Blockbuster part-time in addition to my regular job. It's a blockbuster exclusive. I don't know how your video store got a hold of it. But yeah, it's really millenniumistic in the beginning. The killer is hanging his victims and it reminds me of that scene in Lamentation with Blecher. But it's also the mood and the lighting of the first of the movie that reminds me of Millennium.
Guest
I got it at Blockbuster last night. I shall be watching tonight. I will let you know what comes of it... Definitely looking forward to a Robert Patrick film. I am so glad he was made a part of the 1013 "family" of shows. I always like him, ever since T2. I thought that was such a cool role and I thought it played it well. The other film in which he got my attention was Fire from the Sky (which DB Sweney, another actor in the 1013 family through Harsh Realm). But there is one movie of his that I want to watch again, because it was definitely a turn of the millennium film. I believe the name of it is 1999 (it came out in the early nineties, but is set in the 1999 just before the turn of the millennium). This is definitely one that I want to see again, and discuss in here. But they don't have it at my Blockbuster. Does anyone have this film that would be willing to let me barrow it? I would be willing to trade some eps of MLM just to barrow it... There is another Robert Patrick film that I want to see (which I never saw), in which I think he plays either a "bad" agent or in pursuit of a bad agent, or something. It also stars Roy Scheider and it was released directly to video. Does anyone remember what the name of this film is? So I can ask for it at BB... Ciao, Scott who is off to watch Eye See You... Hi Scott, I checked the Internet Movie Database and compared both actors lists of movies: Robert Patrick and Roy Scheider both starred in "Angels Don't Sleep Here (2000)" I love these two actors and perhaps uniquely I think Robert Patrick brought a lot to the X-Files. I loved his role in Counter Force (1998) as it was known in the UK, recently shown on Channel 5. Gra.
