I believe the tats came after Millennium was canceled and he went to Hawaii to chill for a while.

poor Lance. I suppose playing Frank was very draining for him. hehe I got my avatar when trying to take screen shots from the x files episode 'roadrunners' and I just couldn't delete this mistake lol
