Raven Wolf
Joe, if you'd like, I could help you. I know that it's irritating to not be able to sit by the computer and end up getting outbid. PM me sometime, and maybe we can work something out where I could be your "ghost bidder". LOL
Guest Seraphim
I don't know if you have been doing so. But, you could wait and bid in the last 3 minutes of the auction. On a slightly related note, Ebay is acting up tonight. I was unable to bid on a auction for a SW Stormtrooper figure set of 4 in mailer box due to the pages not loading. >.<
Elders (Admins) The Old Man Posted May 10, 2005 Elders (Admins) Share Posted May 10, 2005 There are some used copies of the Books at Amazon UK, I don't know if they ship to the US or not. I believe there is another book store in the US that has them but I can't recall the name at the moment. Links from the MDUK Millennium Books page : Vol 1 Volume 2 I wouldn't mind Volume 2 myself. HighPlainsDrifter
i was maybe the first bidder at $15....for 2 days no one bidded on it, then my computer got infected......next three days 3 others bidded on it and sold for $
Raven Wolf
Is $54 more than you would have paid? I'm still willing to help you to bid on things at the last second if you want me to. Placing a high max. is a good idea, too, but sometimes, that just runs the price up prematuraly, it seems. I like to lurk around till the last minute and then swoop in there and get it. I do find that bidding early will make it rise quicker. I only bid at the last minute on items. ^^
