Lance's Voice

TBS aired The Terminator the other night and i was noticing that Lance did not have a low gravely voice....so i watched my movie Near Dark and noticed the same thing he did not have the same voice he does in MM. I guess for MM Lance does his voice this way to fit the character

Lance was only 43-44 yrs old when he did Terminator.. he was 56-59 yrs old doing Millennium so age could have been a factor.. also the weather in Vancouver in the winter is cold , wet and raw which could not have helped.

amen to that, ive been quit for over 7 years now and still have somewhat of a gravel like voice to show for years of smoking..lol

Yes, that, & the fact that he used to smoke.

I think he quit.... But yes, it does.

I only smoked off & on for about a year or 2 when I was 17-18 years old... and VERY LITTLE, but it gave me a bit of a gritty quality to my voice, that, oddly enougn, most of the men I've known think is very sexy!......So, I got that one benifit, but quit before it could do any harm. I had more damage to my lungs from the car wreck and subsiquent pneumonia. (OMG! I spelled pneumonia right!!!!!)

oh dear god Lance could be the oldest man that i have ever found attractive love his voice also.

who did he play in terminator ? i havent watched that film for years
