I have to agree with hippyroo: if they cant survive in the real world without commiting these horrible acts, then death would be the answer!

Well there was a movie where a guy was going in for an apendix operation and the guy in the other bed said he came in for something else and the dr had removed *the boys* and he didn't think of anything- couldn't - do anything. it just- wasn't there anymore.

A lobodomy would work too, but then society would have to continue to pay for his care. there is a chemical castration that they do, but it doesn't always work, and then your stuck with the guy again.

I dunno, Ship them to the antartic with just there underwear?
