Guest Frank L.
I was watching some trailers on Quicktime, and saw the preview for a movie called Freedomland. A plot summary from IMDb: When her son disappears and is believed to be dead, a single mother (Julianne Moore) blames an African-American man from the projects for the kidnapping, creating a racial controversy. An African-American detective (Samuel L. Jackson) and a white newspaper reporter team up to investigate the case, which they discover may be more complicated than they expected. I think the movie is more about that last sentence, than the racial controversy, but I only saw the trailer ofcourse. The trailer looks great to me. I was dragged into the story immediatly. There are also some scenes with an abandoned building which reminded me of The X-Files and MillenniuM, how it was filmed. I think it could be a very good movie.
