i remember living in Albuqurque in the early to mid 90's. I remember the Hanta virus and around that time several reports of the Chupacabra popping up. I always believed it to be Mexican Folklore. To me what i just watched kinda looks like a hoax or maybe something thats unidentifiable at this time.
