Millennium Trivia:

The third season premiere brought with it an updated and altered variant of the show's opening credits sequence. The show's tagline was changed from "this is who we are, the time is near" to "wait, worry, the time is near," a number of new images were added to the sequence, and Klea Scott's name and face took the place Megan Gallagher's. Millennium's opening titles changed with every new season.

Exegesis is the act of exposition or explanation, especially a critical interpretation of a text or portion of Scripture. In this episode, Frank struggles to explain or interpret the facts before him and the symbolic visions he receives while talking with 512.

The quote that begins the episode ("Never believe anything you see on Halloween." -- Reverend M. Goodman, October 31, 1985) was created as a deliberate nod to Mr. Morry Goodman. Michael R. Perry, the episode's writer, has noted that Goodman was one of the censors working on the show's third season and that he often gave the series great leeway when it came to presenting the necessary gore, violence, and sexuality.

In the last episode of Millennium, "Goodbye To All That", Emma is snooping on Douglas's computer. She clicks on the browse bar of the Bureau Records Search Engine, and just for a brief moment you can see the drop-down search history with names that have been written there before:

* Cathy Gilroy (aka Kathy Gilroy-Sereda): production manager in all the episodes of season 1 except the Pilot, associate producer/production manager throughout S2 and production manager throughout S3.

* Mark Lane: set decorator throughout seasons 2 and 3.

Two other names on the list:

* Teddy Mann

* Robert Moresco

Both worked on Season 1 as producers and helped write such episodes as 'The Judge', 'Loin Like a Hunting Flame', 'Broken World', and 'Paper Dove'.

Hey everyone,

I wonder if someone has already posted on this before. Didn't find any previous posts concerning this, though.

In Seven and One there's a scene where Frank is looking at some papers, namely a list of websites (scene/chapter 13 on DVD). One of the websites is titled Seven Years Plus One (etc.) Here's my thing: the site has been last modified on 13-Oct-98. That is 98-10-13.

This might be just a coincidence, of course.

With much love,

dbsd

Nicely spotted, dbsd! I'll be adding your note to the database and I'll be editing the trivia list here as well.

As an addition to a previous post on this scene..

Episode: Goodbye To All That

Scene: Emma is "KGB'ing" Douglas's "stuff" on his computer. She clicks the browse bar, and for a very short moment a list of names can be seen there on a drop-down search history.

A couple of names on that list:

Ross Framo; according to IMDb, he was a computer playback operator in the MM crew.

Scott Steyns; according to IMDb, he was a playback coordinator in the MM crew.

I'm pretty sure that neither of these two have been mentioned in the credits of any MM episode.

Well spotted! I'll add your latest finds to the database - but that'll probably be later this week as I'm tied up with work-related stuff.

Greetings Everyone!

Tonight I caught a small continuity blooper in MLM#304 "Closure": During the scene where Richard van Horn and Peter shoot out the windows of the hijacked bus we see glass fragments flying all over the parking lot.

However, after they exit the bus and the driver begins to back out, the scene cuts away to a new angle in which there is no visible glass on the pavement. doh.gif

It was a quick shot, and I may have just not seen it, can anyone verify this?

Thanks!

~Theo
