Greetings fellow forum friends,

Just to note that I met Lance for around 2 months ago in the states and asked him if he was considering a Millennium movie. He responded by saying that he has long waited for the issue to solve between Chris and Fox. He also mentioned that he resentely went for a coffee with Chris and talked about some script ideas for the movie.

So people, it seems that it might happen afterall!!!!!

i think it will be a long and slow process. Once XF2 is done we should see MM movie come afterwards.

Congratulations on meeting Lance. I can't think of any actor who would be more fun to meet than Lance. Of course, as mentioned before, I kind of fall from grace around celebrities and people of authority or high standing, so if I got a chance to talk to Lance, it would probably come across as something similar to the skits that Chris Farley used to do on SNL where he interviewed celebrities. Those were hilarious. Man, I miss the big guy. I don't remember anyone funnier or more likable than Chris. It's a shame when drugs ruin someone like that. As for the Millennium movie, no new project I would be more exciting, but given the unpopularity of the show relative to the X-files, I am not going to hold my breath. Those movie maker types are just too concerned about return on investment. I get the feeling that we would be more likely to see another X-files movie than Millennium. The only exception I can think of is if they gave them a small budget to work with and didn't have to worry about losing money on a box office bomb. Yes, anything Chris Carter and company came up with would be great, but so was Millennium, and we all know what happened with this show and so do the people shelling out the investment.

This is his way of saying..... "You have exceeded the highest goal of any member of this board, and anyone here would be willing to walk over burning coals or at least bear/father your children in order to reach this esteemed level of the few blessed souls who have had the good fortune of sharing the same air breathed by Mr. Lance Henricksen." :notworthy: (isn't that about right, Lathe? :kissypoo: )

Thank you Raven Wolf, you put that a tad more eloquently than out friend L@the. Just kidding L@the, we got the gist of what you were trying to say. It would be fun to meet Lance. Why don't they ever have any of those cool conventions in the Michigan area? All we have here are freekin cider mills. No, actually there are some worth while destinations in the Metro Detroit area. I just wish they would have one of those monster conventions here, with Lance as a special guest of course. Maybe they could throw in Sarah Jane Redmond too.
