Federal Office Bldg.

This is the main office building in Mississippi housing Federal agencies. Though it can't be seen in this photo, the entry plaza to the building has been filled with a variety of concrete and steel structures of various types so that approaching the building with any vehicle short of a full-size battle tank isn't possible. This was an early "homeland security" measure before that term came into use necessitated by the Oklahoma City bombing.
