I just posted this at MDUK.

Heard back from Vicki at Fox UK - the US release date is confirmed as 4th January 2005. A great start to the New Year!

Just a quick note to let you know that Season 2 is still scheduled for a 4th January release in the States

wasn't sure if it would be of interest to you but I've just heard that the Season 2 release date for Japan is moving forward to 28th January (they were originally planning on releasing in March)
