A mailman named Deacon (yup, that's Arsenio Hall) gets entangled in a mess involving a  team of Bail Enforcement Agents (bounty hunters who chase after people who have ‘skipped’ bail).

This TV pilot was produced in Spring 1998 in competition for the 98/99 Fall TV season. It unfortunately did not make the cut at CBS (but it was made under supervision of  20th Century Television). Despite talks of it being a mid-season replacement, it never did air.

Hi Cookyman,

From the guide at Morgan&Wong Online it's apparently George Eads. A relatively newcomer at the time, I can't recall seeing him in anything.

Regards,

The Old Man :ouroborous:

Guest Polaroid Stalker

George Eads is a relative newcomer, but he has his own fan site. I recognize him as a paramedic on a short stint on the hit medical drama "ER."

Guest Polaroid Stalker

My God! You're right!

Hey, I just realized something! In "Owls," we hear Peter Watts ask when he enters the abandoned warehouse where the Roosters are meeting, "Hall? Eads?"

Ring a bell? That must be a Morgan & Wong in-joke, referring to Arsenio Hall and George Eads.

Oh, and by the way, George's "CSI" character was the target of Doug Hutchison (the Polaroid Stalker himself) in an episode aptly entitled "Stalker." Doug was a cast-member on "Skip Chasers," portraying a guy called Doug Papp.

Damn, that's a lotta coincidences!
