Elders (Admins) The Old Man Posted July 27, 2003 Elders (Admins) Posted July 27, 2003 (edited) A mailman named Deacon (yup, that's Arsenio Hall) gets entangled in a mess involving a team of Bail Enforcement Agents (bounty hunters who chase after people who have ‘skipped’ bail). This TV pilot was produced in Spring 1998 in competition for the 98/99 Fall TV season. It unfortunately did not make the cut at CBS (but it was made under supervision of 20th Century Television). Despite talks of it being a mid-season replacement, it never did air. Find out more about Skip Chasers here... Edited July 4, 2023 by The Old Man Image replaced and link updated to archived page.
Guest Cookyman Posted July 27, 2003 Posted July 27, 2003 Is that Adrian Pasdar in the pic with Hall? He of course starred in Near Dark with Lance.
Elders (Admins) The Old Man Posted July 28, 2003 Author Elders (Admins) Posted July 28, 2003 Hi Cookyman, From the guide at Morgan&Wong Online it's apparently George Eads. A relatively newcomer at the time, I can't recall seeing him in anything. Regards, The Old Man
Guest Polaroid Stalker Posted July 31, 2003 Posted July 31, 2003 George Eads is a relative newcomer, but he has his own fan site. I recognize him as a paramedic on a short stint on the hit medical drama "ER." -- The Stalker, who's considering switching to Kodak
Guest Polaroid Stalker Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 My God! You're right! Hey, I just realized something! In "Owls," we hear Peter Watts ask when he enters the abandoned warehouse where the Roosters are meeting, "Hall? Eads?" Ring a bell? That must be a Morgan & Wong in-joke, referring to Arsenio Hall and George Eads. Oh, and by the way, George's "CSI" character was the target of Doug Hutchison (the Polaroid Stalker himself) in an episode aptly entitled "Stalker." Doug was a cast-member on "Skip Chasers," portraying a guy called Doug Papp. Damn, that's a lotta coincidences! -- The Stalker, user of Crest
