The idea of angels in black stuck with me too after Millennium was cancelled. Does anyone remember the Wim Wenders film "Wings of Desire"? The angels in his film appeared pretty much the same way with black trench coats and looking rather "slick". This sort of carried over into the American version with Nicholas Cage called "City of Angels", I think.
