Has anyone ever heard of this theory? I was wondering if this theory is all based on UFO conspiracy stuff or if it has been linked to people on medication?

I know strange question to ask but, thought I would.

If UFO nuts have visions of black helicopters, men in black, do the pilots of these helicopters have visions of Mulders and Scullys?

I don't really think there's anything still that mysterious about "black helicopters" or the "Men in Black" for that matter. Enough trustworthy people have had one or more experiences with those for me at least to accept their speculation -- these are NSA, DOD, CIA, or FBI undercover investigators that want to avoid any clear identification as to who they are and want to put those with which they come into contact in even a less credible situation when it comes to publicly relating what they've experienced.

Without displaying any ID, the "black" operations can assure that the elected and appointed officials maintain security of plausible deniability when asked when the government is investigating any phenomenal events.

It has become obvious that government agencies, including some not mentioned above, have methods for zeroing in on individuals and learning much about them past and present without much likelihood that anyone, including other agencies, will ever know. When something happens and the principles involved have to be identified to enable further investigation if warranted, the black helicopter/MIB technique is used to get this ID w/o risking the agency being identified.

Now that I'v said all this, I'll be interested to see if anyone I don't know starts hanging around. (I have no doubt that some phrasing in this posting will trigger at least a "check further" message to our internet traffic monitors.)

Just call me a "Lone Gunman."

Having worked in a place that was subject to cattle mutilations, black helicopters and UFO sighting, I don't feel comfortable commenting on this subject past saying that some beliefs, secretly held by law enforcement in rural areas, have been mentioned in this thread.
