I've read clyons' posts and for someone who claims not to like TXF much anymore, he sure spends plenty of time on the IMDB boards (though I think the number of his posts has decreased somewhat). Truthfully he's one of the main reasons I don't go to that board anymore. There's only so many times I can read the same comment (worded differently, yes) over and over again before my patience reaches its limits. Re: M&W. They were some of my favorite writers for both series and they certainly contributed a lot! However, some of their ideas weren't so great. I read on TWoP that they originally wanted to develop a romance between Mulder and Melissa Scully in (I think) Season 3. Which . . . come on. They also wanted to have Scully send Mulder to an institution, which actually could have worked if handled properly. I stress the "if handled properly" portion of the sentence. LOL when I read this post: "Carter and Spotnitz can't put five words together without ripping off a Morgan brother. " That' really beyond stupidity.
