Great flick, other good actors involved with this one too. BELCH I was not yet as big a fan of Lance when Powder was released. I really liked him, but he only came to be my favorite actor during and after Millennium. For this and other reasons, I was never inspired to rent the film. About 2 years ago, however, I decided to buy it on Amazon.com, and I really liked it. Lance played a great role in the film, and was nothing like Frank Black.
