voidprime
I know how Frank keeps fit. He is running after bad guys all the time. Even he closes doors to his dining room to get excercise before he talks to his brother. He also gets excercise by taking the stairs down to his office in teh basement. The man will do anything to get excercise. No wonder Frank stays fit. Be Seeing You, David Blackwell
Raven Wolf
Hiking up mountains seems to help, too.... Oh, and remember the exchange between him and Catherine in "Paper Dove"? About just staying where they were...eating take out, and "Getting our exercise the old-fashioned way....." Yep, my kind o-man!

voidprime
Frank must be doing something right since catherine is at least 10 years younger than him (I'm being generous since Lance and catherine have a 20 year old age difference between them). It just must be the attraction of the older man that drew Catherine to Frank. Be Seeing you, David Blackwell
