I can't imagine 10 years!  It's been a month, I'm getting better at it, but I keep instinctively trying to use the injured hand.... ouch.

At least you keep trying to use lefty, that's a good sign.     Same with my left shoulder, I stretch it till it hurts, refusing to give in.

sadly no finger movement and the arm only works about 60 % , but better than nothing .

I'm a lefty so I lucked out. I'm better at one handed typing now!
