Guest Jim G.
Hey guys! I just got introduced to Millenium a few weeks ago and am hooked. Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of pen Frank uses? The clearest I've seen it so far is in Sense/Antisense. Kind of obscure, I know, but it writes so well... Also, this is my first post, so hello! -Jim
ethsnafu
Hi Jim, Let me say what a pleasure it is to welcome you to TIWWA and what I shame I can't be of more help. I know if a certain someone was still here he would no doubt know but props are not my speciality. In fact, I'm not altogether sure what it is. I do hope someone will be able to help with a query and that you will stay around and a while and enjoy the community. Warm wishes to you, Eth
Sigil
Hello Jim G. and welcome! Why not post some screen shots of the pen into the memorabilia section and we will see what we can do! :)

Elders (Admins) The Old Man Posted September 23, 2009 Elders (Admins) Share Posted September 23, 2009 Welcome to our Millennium forums, Jim! I've never heard anyone ask about this before, but its entirely possible someone may know or may be able to find out.
Guest Jim G.
Thanks all for the warm welcome. I know, it's a pretty specific thing to find. I'd honestly be extremely surprised if anyone knew what it was, but it was worth a shot. As far as screenshots and such, I haven't yet seen a clear shot of the pen, just the resulting writing and the point, but I may just not know where one is. IHaveGoodInstincts
I can't tell what the brand is, but it looks like a fine point roller ball pen.
Elders (Moderators) Libby Posted April 28, 2011 Elders (Moderators) Share Posted April 28, 2011 The most useful screenshot of the pen that I've found is: https://www.chrisnu.c...pgmFilters=#pic, which is from Antipas (season 3). Very often these kinds of shots aren't filmed at the same time as the scenes they are part of, and often they use stand-ins rather than the actor concerned. This is a screenshot from the pilot episode: https://www.chrisnu.c...pgmFilters=#pic , which I would have to say (having put on my Junior Forensic Scientist hat) shows completely different handwriting. IHaveGoodInstincts
"...and Larry King will not analyze the handwriting." But Libby Will! The writing differences can't be blamed on the pen! While looking through scren shots for more Frank Black handwriting, I noticed that one of the abducted kids in 19:19 looks to be the actor that played Gibson Praise! Elders (Admins) The Old Man Posted May 1, 2011 Elders (Admins) Share Posted May 1, 2011 Interesting stuff about the handwriting! Good call on Jeff Gulka, here's his Profile, a bit sparse, I know! https://millennium-thisiswhoweare.net/guide/cast/profiles/jeff-gulka You might find this listing of interest too, unless you want to spot the crossovers yourself! https://millennium-thisiswhoweare.net/guide/multiple_roles_cast.php
